A five minute stroll to Pallarenda beach which boasts amazing views of Magnetic Island and offering the ultimate chill factor or place to work remotely. Your holiday residence boasts an amazing location set among some of the most gorgeous homes in Townsville, but close enough to Townsville's Strand with its vast array of cafes and restaurants. This residence is a renovated queenslander with a large tropical pool area and lots of space. You will love the tropical feel and the quiteness Pallarenda offers while still being so close to everything you need. The residence features three generous bedrooms upstairs, a spacious living area opening onto large verandas but fully enclosed with luvres. You have a modern kitchen which is equipped with all your needs, plus a renovated bathroom including a bath you will definetly want to add bubbles to.

Downstairs is a fully self contained retreat with kitchenette and modern bathroom. This area has its own private entrance.

Pallarenda is approx 5 minute drive to the city centre of Townsville, The Strand and all major tourist attractions. Pallarenda beach is very private with plenty of space to walk, overlooking Townsville and Magnetic Island without the crowds.

    We had a fabulous time in this home, so much so we extended our stay. The home is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Bus service to town, or short drive to Townsville.
    Would definitely recommend for family of four

    This house was just what we needed while we were waiting for our third baby and also afterwards! My young kids had room to ride their bikes and play outside safely, the pool was well kept, beautiful and big. The garden was nicely taken care of and very neat and tidy. Our two vehicles were too big for the garage but the driveway fit them both easily. The house was very clean, well air conditioned and the furniture was practical, comfortable and attractive. I’d like to note there wasn’t too much stuff such as furniture and trinkets so the interior was easy to keep clean and tidy and looked uncluttered. Also practical for young children. Loved that the beds had quality linen and the kitchen was equipped with quality appliances etc. The street was quiet and Palleranda is away from the noise of inner town but close enough to everything.
    We found the house just what we required and Brandi a wonderful, helpful host. The check in and out process was simple too.
