A well appointed self contained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the very centre of all of the action in Townsville CBD. This tidy apartment is bright and airy with your private balcony overlooking the beautiful Ross River during the day and the impressive lit up bridge and stadium at night. The apartment is open plan with the kitchen, dining and living the central hub with a bedroom to either side with the main bedroom featuring a spa bath and separate TV. The kitchen is fully equiped with all of your needs taken care of down to the little extras making your stay stress free. The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned inclusive of bed linen and towels and free unlimited WIFI.
The complex is very secure with underground secure parking and a beautiful tropical style swimming pool.

Within a short walk you will find many restaurants, bars and cafe’s, a liquor store and boutique clothing store. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.3 km from The Strand Beach, 200m from the Stadium, just meters from the Palmer St restaurant precinct and just 1km from The Ville Casino.     My partner and I had to stay in Townsville for a couple of months due to medical reason. My partner was unable to go out on his own due to mobility and I had to go to work. Brandi offered us this apartment and if not for the adverse conditions, it would have been a very enjoyable stay.
    The views into the city are wonderful as well as being able to look out to sea to Magnetic Island.
    The apartment was well appointed and sound proof from noise in the other apartments. Having a secure parking was a bonus and the location was very handy to shops in the city and the Strand as well as a 10 minute drive to Fairfield shopping centre.
    As we stayed for 6 weeks it was important that we had all the comforts of home including washing and ironing facility and a functional kitchen. Having access to the restaurants and bars in Palmer St was tempting as we ate out with visitors on many occasions.

    This is a fantastic apartment in a great location, the apartment is spacious the housekeeping flawless. The property managers are also great to deal with, will definitely be looking to stay here again
