This particular unit is located at the end of the complex, The cool breeze flows through the open plan living area which features an amazing well appointed kitchen with granite bench tops and dishwasher. Fully air conditioned, screened with fans throughout this property is a delight year round. The main bedroom having an ensuite with bath and a large walk-in wardrobe with the other two bedrooms having built-ins. A Stan subscription on the TV, and you will be logged in automatically. The complex offers a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, pool with spa and a massive undercover BBQ entertaining area. Car accommodation is provided with secure car parks with a separate storage room, conveniently located close to lift access. Note: The storage room is not accessible as owners uses it for their own belongings.

Great complex and view The apartment was comfortable, however the beds weren’t overly comfortable and there was only bedside lamps in the main bedroom. Having Stan on the TV was great but couldn’t work out how to watch normal TV. In the description it said there was a coffee machine but there wasn’t. The apartment is directly above one of the access gates for the car park so it was quite noisy when the gate was used. The hot plate knobs are quite worn and quite hard to read. Because this was a new listing directions on how to access the apartment were quite confusing. The phone we were given to access the car park.” would only work on one of the four gates. If a few of things are sorted out it could be nicer.
