Tickets cannot be swapped, changed or upgraded or exchanged for other tickets, dates, seats, times, members or any other consideration. If the game is cancelled or postponed for any reason the tickets and their value will be forfeited. The person who books the accommodation will be the rightful owner of all tickets provided for that game on those dates of booking only. Not valid for semi-finals, finals or any other event related to or not related to The North Queensland Cowboys other than what the ticket stipulates.
