    Location very noisy but central to tourist attractions . No LIFT so not for older people staying 3rd storey. Very dated decor - carpet old and hard to keep clean. Vacum poorly sucks . Had to ASK for a broom and mop!!! Tiles had NOT been mopped on deck - filthy feet!! . Extremely expensive. $13,000 ( Tville friends were embarrassed AND will spread the word!!). Broken blind, food in dishwasher, cupboard door off in kitchen ,
    Black sink in ensuite, busted drawer in bedroom 4 lightbulbs needs replacing, drier filter clogged with fluff, TV sets poor reception (picsolsted) no permanent place to park your vehicle- badly managed!!
    All of the above on arrival - so No one checks on cleaners or before tenants arrive obviously!!
    I had to sweep the staircase before our friends came for a meal - filthy and I was embarrassed . Building poorly maintained by caretaker!!
